Description:Designs and develops test processes for electronic assemblies such as wind turbine control systems, high-power amplifiers, power supplies, workstations, controllers, data acquisition systems, and computer networks used in the renewable and medical equipment industry. Conducts tests or experiments to debug prototypes and circuits. Troubleshoots and corrects malfunctions. Records and evaluates data from tests and experiments and reports findings. Assists in construction of/ tests complex analog and digital circuitry; identifies and corrects malfunctions. Collaborates with sales and operations staff to resolve problems and coordinate work flows. Interfaces with customer organizations' technical and procurement staff.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years experience in test engineering, including designing and setting up of ATEs. Good knowledge of analog and digital circuitry, interfacing software and hardware systems. Strong technical skills in electronic hardware at both the system and component levels. Strong computer networking skills. Ability to work on a variety of projects across multiple technologies. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of high-power RF, Visual Studio.NET, Lab View or C/++ a plus.

Job Summary:DEX Camarillo is recruiting highly skilled Component Technicians. Attention to detail and excellent technical skills are essential to perform functions such as testing, troubleshooting, evaluating and repairing of electronic components and finished products.

Basic Function:Inspection, testing, evaluation and repair of electronic, low voltage, components and products. Support Engineering and Manufacturing related to electronic assemblies problem solving and component repair.

Duties, Responsibility:

  • Follows detailed written process, checklists as to the exact procedures to be f followed for repairs.
  • Uses oscilloscopes, multi meters, personal computers, and specialized test equipment for troubleshooting and isolating electronic failures in equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair to component level on electronic circuit board assemblies while maintaining minimal quantities of Engineering and Component hold assemblies.
  • Exhibit proficiency in the use of electronic test and measurement equipment.
  • Evaluate low voltage products at a component level for conformance to design specifications.
  • Verify and document non conformities expressed by customers and in customer returned products.
  • Repair low voltage products bringing them up to required specifications and performance.
  • Maintain computerized records of repair activities
  • Develop and maintain detailed repair procedures and processes for various product lines.
  • Perform statistical analysis of defects encountered.
  • Assist in cause and effect analysis and solutions to quality problems.
  • Assist Engineering and Manufacturing in electrical circuit problem solving.
  • Interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
  • Maintain computerized records.
  • Use and maintain electrical instruments and hand tools.

Job Summary:

Mechanical Technician Primary duties are troubleshooting and repair of portable Refrigeration and liquid cooling equipment including Chillers, heat exchangers, motor drives, pumps and other electromechanical equipment in depot repair set-up.

Required skills and minimum qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Liquid cooling system and electro mechanical equipment repairs.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in machine shop working skills.
  • Experience in Gas welding, brazing and soldering techniques.
  • High school diploma or GED with HVAC Certification.
  • Able to effectively function in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must have a basic understanding of PC's and basic computer skills.
  • Able to follow written procedures with minimum supervision.
  • Maintains clean and safe work environment.
  • Required experience: 5 years
  • Required education: Associate Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues to the component level.
  • Ability to rebuild mechanical equipment with minimum instructions and supervision.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Regularly required to work around operating equipment, confined spaces, stand, reach and bend.
