DEX’s specially trained, A+ certified technicians use “Tech Stations” (computers at each DEX repair station) to scan and upload information in real-time through each step of the process. These computers are used for the training and viewing of all records of repair on a product, significantly reducing repair time and the return of product quickly to your customer.

The backbone of DEX’s repair solutions rests in the skills and accomplishments of our on-site mechanical, quality, process, and electrical engineers. Each engineer maintains an extremely high set of standards.

Reverse Engineering Capabilities
DEX provides reverse engineering solutions for products when component parts required for repair are not readily available or when test procedures and schematics documentation do not exist to create a repair process. When our technicians reverse engineer a product, the repair cost is often one-fourth to one-third the cost of buying the replacement products.

RoHS and WEEE Compliance
DEX’s procedures ensure compliance to all WEEE and Restriction of Use of Certain Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) initiatives. DEX’s European operation applies standard Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) labels to clients’ products that require waste management disposal identification. DEX maintains equipment to support environmentally-friendly, lead-free solder consistent with RoHS compliance, as well as the standard equipment to provide service for legacy PCBs.
