DEX can support all of your product needs throughout the entire lifecycle, managing all information regarding the production, support, and disposal of the product.  We also provide end-of-life support for procurement of hard-to-find parts, global sourcing, engineering solutions, quality validation, repair, planning, inventory management, and warehousing and distribution. Our parts and procurement team has established factory ties with many ODM manufacturers in Asia. These relationships have provided significant support solutions for end-of-life programs, helping clients achieve their desired results.

From production to end of life and asset recovery, we manage products through every step of the process. Our global team is dedicated to sourcing hard-to-find parts at the lowest possible prices, keeping acquisition costs at a minimum. After a product reaches end-of-service-life, we partner with several environmentally-friendly companies to provide disposal of scrap equipment using procedures that conform to local and federal government requirements.

Through our asset recovery and revenue share program, the materials are received into the system and go through the teardown process. DEX’s asset recovery solution increases product speed-to-market, allowing clients to liquidate new, used, obsolete or defective inventory, and channel-returned merchandise into newfound revenue streams. Parts are usually sold within hours after they hit the finished goods inventory list. Yields have normally exceeded 70% of products received using the asset recovery team processing model; scrap is then disposed of with environmentally compliant procedures.
