News Center - Press ReleasesFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE For more information contact: Randy Hudson DEX Announces New Growth and Brand Strategy Camarillo, CA - February 3, 2009 - DEX®, a leading supply chain solutions provider for high-tech industries, announced today at the Reverse Logistics Association conference in Las Vegas, Nevada that going forward, it will be operating under the DEX name and no longer be using Data Exchange Corporation as part of its brand strategy. Under the same ownership, DEX has added key industry executives and structured itself into four business units. This strategy will better reflect DEX’s ability to deliver optimal solutions for the technology supply chain. “We have been in operation since 1980 and have grown significantly since our inception,” said Paul Gettings, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Marketing, and Solutions. “The DEX name symbolizes our growth from our beginnings as a high-tech repair company to a multi-faceted supply chain operation that serves the global community.” Along with the name change, DEX is also launching its new website (www.dex.com) which focuses on the core strengths and capabilities of the company. Users now can easily navigate for a deeper understanding of the specific services and solutions provided by the four business units:
“Our updated website delivers complete functionality, including detailed information about the industry and wide range of services and solutions DEX provides based on our years of experience,” said Sheldon Malchicoff, chairman and CEO. About DEX DEX is a registered trademark of Data Exchange Corporation. |
