DEX and AMERICAN SYSTEMS are joining to create a powerful solution that combines DEX’s extensive supply chain expertise with AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ field service support. DEX is working with AMERICAN SYSTEMS to provide clients with field service solutions that include the receipt of requests for service, dispatch of technicians, resolution of issues, management of documentation, generation of reports, and the maintenance of quality control. The partnership also enables comprehensive maintenance, warranty services, and support in clients’ residential and consumer environments. DEX recently began providing services to a leading consumer electronics company with DEX as the program integrator and AMERICAN SYSTEMS as the third party service provider.
