Robert A. Passaretti Joins DEX as Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Camarillo, CA - June 11 , 2007 - DEX®, a leading supply chain solutions provider for high tech industries, announced today that Robert (Bob) A. Passaretti has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
“We are pleased to have Bob join our team at DEX. His extensive experience in all aspects of the human resources will be instrumental in the hiring and retention of top- notch employees to provide our customers with excellent service,” stated Sheldon Malchicoff, Chairman and CEO, DEX.
Passaretti has more than 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining DEX, Passaretti was Vice President of Human Resources at Infonet Services Corporation, a global provider of network services. During his 23-year tenure at the company, Passaretti played an integral role in the acquisition of Infonet by BT Group, PLC that created one of the largest global organizations dedicated to the selling of managed network services. Additionally, he ensured that human resources programs met Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
Prior to Infonet, Passaretti held various human resources positions and other professional positions at Hitech Consulting Group, Xerox Learning Systems, Wells Recruiting Systems, American International Pictures, and the State of New Jersey. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine Universtity and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Dayton.
